Data protection at a glance

The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit our website.

On the one hand, your data is collected when you communicate it to us - for example when you enter information in a contact form. Other data is automatically recorded by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of the page call).

Part of the data is collected to ensure that the website is provided without errors. Other data can be used to analyze your user behavior or to display content tailored to you.

We, Radio/Tele FFH GmbH & Co. Betriebs-KG, operate this site and take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.

According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you as the data subject have the following rights:

  • Right to information (Article 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification (Article 16 GDPR)
  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18f. GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • right to information
  • Right not to be subject to automated decision-making in individual cases, including profiling (Article 22 GDPR)

The restrictions according to §§ 34 and 35 BDSG-new apply to the right to information and the right to deletion.

There is also a right of appeal to a competent data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR in conjunction with Section 19 BDSG-new).

You can revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. This also applies to the revocation of declarations of consent that were given to us before the GDPR came into force, i.e. before May 25, 2018. Please note that the revocation only applies to the future. Processing that took place before the revocation is not affected.

You can also exercise your right to object at any time. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

browser data

As soon as you access our websites, your browser transmits information such as the

  1. IP address
  2. Information about the browser type and version used
  3. The user's operating system
  4. Time of the page query.
  5. Websites from which the user's system accesses our website
  6. Websites accessed by the user's system through our website

We use this data for long-term statistical evaluation of the websites. The data will be deleted at the end of the evaluation phase.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures. The data described are stored in the log files of our system. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user.

form data

If you contact us, an online form is available on our homepage, which you can use to contact us electronically. The data entered in the input mask is saved and used in order to be able to use the desired services and functions. The data will then be deleted again.

These dates are:

  1. Surname
  2. company
  3. e-mail
  4. phone

At the time the message is sent, the following data is also stored:

  1. Date and time of registration

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is therefore exclusively based on your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

The additional personal data collected during the sending process will be deleted after a period of seven days at the latest.

You have the option to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. However, we would like to point out that in such a case the conversation cannot be continued. All personal data that was saved in the course of making contact will be deleted in this case.

This website partially uses so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective, more comfortable and safer. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer and which your browser saves.

The cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted after your visit.

Information for customers and interested parties

As part of the business relationship, we process the following personal data relating to you:

  • Personal details (e.g. name, address and other contact details, date and place of birth and nationality)
  • E-mail address
  • Advertising and sales data (including advertising scores),
  • Documentation data (e.g. consultation protocol)
  • and other data comparable to the categories mentioned.

We usually receive the aforementioned personal data directly from you as a customer as part of our business relationship. In addition, we process - insofar as this is necessary for the provision of our service - personal data which we obtain from publicly accessible sources or which are legitimately transmitted to us by other companies in the group or by other third parties.

Purpose of processing and legal basis

We process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)

1. Fulfillment of contractual obligations (Art. 6 Para. 1 b GDPR)

We process your data to fulfill our contracts. This also applies to pre-contractual information that is provided on request.

Your data will be used to enable us to offer you products or services from our company. In particular, we need your contact details here in order to correspond with you and possibly your payment details in order to be able to make the payments.

We also use your data in the context of testing services that we can offer you or for which we make you offers.

2. Consent (Art. 6 Para. 1 a GDPR)

If you have given us your consent to the processing of personal data for specific purposes, the legality of this processing is given on the basis of your consent. A given consent can be revoked at any time. This also applies to the revocation of declarations of consent that were given to us before the GDPR came into force, i.e. before May 25, 2018. We would like to point out that the revocation of consent only takes effect for the future and does not affect the legality of the data processed up to the point of revocation.

3. Weighing of interests (Art. 6 Para. 1 f GDPR)

If necessary, we process your data beyond the actual fulfillment of the contract to protect our legitimate interests or those of third parties.

data access

Within the company, those departments that need your data to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations will have access to it.

In the event that data must be passed on to third parties outside our company, this will only take place if this is required by law, if the customer has given his consent or if there is a legitimate interest.

storage duration

We process and store your personal data for as long as this is necessary to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations.

If the data is no longer required for the fulfillment of contractual or legal obligations, they are regularly deleted, unless their - temporary - further processing is required.
